Therapy Services

We provide evidence-based therapy services individualized to meet your goals focusing on social-emotional and behavioral challenges that your child or adolescent might be experiencing.

Individual Therapy

Our individual therapy is meant to support children or teens struggling with social-emotional challenges, and our specialization is working with individuals with ASD and additional concerns. These challenges may include anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress disorder, and difficulty with social skills. We take time to build a relationship with your child and make sure they feel comfortable. Although all therapy sessions are tailored to meet your family's needs and goals, our common approaches include Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). We also include families in therapy sessions as appropriate.

Hands-On Caregiver Training

Parenting can be challenging. Parenting a child or teenager with social-emotional concerns, behavioral challenges, and/or developmental disabilities adds an extra layer of complexity that many families struggle to navigate. Our one-on-one caregiver/parent training will help you understand how to best support your child at home and in the community, as well as to thoroughly understand any diagnoses they may have. We consider all the values and needs of your family as a whole before developing a treatment plan to ensure that you feel comfortable and confident.
